Compliance with Documentation Delivery Deadlines

At The Fab Tour, we work to ensure that each of our travelers has a spectacular experience. In order to achieve this, it is essential that you provide us with all the requested documentation and information within the informed deadlines. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Valid passports

  • Updated contact information

  • Visas and other required travel documents (if applicable)

  • Health and vaccination documents (if applicable)

  • Any required completed forms

If we do not receive the required documentation and information within the indicated deadline, The Fab Tour reserves the right to cancel your reservation. Failure to comply with deadlines may prevent us from organizing your trip efficiently and complying with the requirements of our international counterparts.

Compliance with Payment Deadlines (for installment payments)

If the payment method in use is installment payments, The Fab Tour clearly outlines that the company reserves the right to cancel a customer's reservation if any of the installment payments are not made on time. Additionally, if the total amount is not fully paid at least 60 (sixty) days prior to the trip, we will also exercise this right of cancellation. In either scenario, please be aware that the customer will not be entitled to any refunds for payments made. It is essential for customers to adhere to the payment schedule to ensure their travel plans remain active.

Deadline Modifications

If you need additional time to gather the required documentation, please contact us immediately. In some cases, we may extend the deadlines at our discretion. However, this extension must be approved in writing by The Fab Tour and is subject to the availability of the contracted services.

Payments by Bank Transfer

The Fab Tour has Bank Transfers among the available payment methods. This payment method incurs the manual entry of the company information and financial amount by the client. In case the client decides on this payment option, it is essential that they make sure that they have entered the bank account details correctly and that the payment is being sent to the correct account, as stated in the Instructions for Payment by Bank Transfer. These Instructions will be sent by email to the client when they request this payment method on the website. The Fab Tour will not be responsible for amounts that are transferred by clients to any account other than the one indicated by the company in said email.

In order to make the correct payment, the client must transfer the amount in US dollars (USD) that appears on their invoice or shopping cart. In the event that the client transfers an amount lower than the specified amount, the total amount may be completed in one or more additional transfers. The client must cover any bank fees charged for such transfers so that the total amount we receive is equal to the net total indicated in their order.

In the event that the client transfers an amount higher than the specified amount to The Fab Tour's account, it is the client's responsibility to inform us as soon as they notice the error. We will await confirmation from the bank. Once we have received the amount in our account, we will proceed with the refund of the excess amount to the client (discounting any fees that financial institutions apply to the transaction).

Customer's Intention to Cancel

When you book your trip, The Fab Tour assumes significant expenses on your behalf that are non-refundable and, in many cases, non-transferable. Because of that reason, The Fab Tour considers that every processed booking is a closed deal, therefore, once the payment process is concluded, there is no possibility of a refund. However, if the intention of cancellation is registered by emailing info@thefabtour.com more than 100 (one hundred) days before the travel date, the reservation can be transferred to another traveler brought by the client, as long as the recommended person fulfill the document requirements sent by The Fab Tour. The transfer can be made for the same trip only and it must be made for a person that is not previously booked for that trip. There is no possibility of a transfer of resources to any other client that was already booked for the same trip. We understand that circumstances can change, so, in case you cannot attend the trip, we want to offer the option for someone else to take your place on the trip, making use of the money that you had previously paid.

From the moment there are 100 (one hundred) days left until the trip, no spot can be transferred to another traveler under any circumstances.

Documentation at the Time of Travel

It is the client's responsibility to carry all necessary documentation at the time of travel, including but not limited to:

  • Valid passport

  • Required visas or permits

  • Proof of vaccination or any document required by local or international authorities

Failure to present the appropriate documentation at the time of travel will be considered non-compliance and will result in the cancellation of your participation in the tour without the right to a refund.

Compliance with the Schedule at the Time of Departure

It is the client's responsibility to appear at the previously agreed location for the beginning of the trip, arriving with the advance notice so that they have time to comply with the airport and/or airline protocols prior to boarding.

Failure to show up at the appropriate time at the time of travel will be considered non-compliance and will result in the cancellation of your participation in the tour without the right to a refund.

Compliance with Schedules Throughout the Trip

The client is responsible for appearing at each of the agreed-upon locations at the indicated times. The itinerary is followed in the manner previously informed, therefore, The Fab Tour reserves the right to continue the schedule without the presence of the client who does not show up.

In case of any unforeseen event that prevents compliance with agreed upon schedules, the client must contact us immediately. In some cases, we may be able to offer solutions, as long as they do not affect the group's schedule. Apart from the group's itinerary, such schedule adjustments are subject to the availability of the contracted services, so we reinforce that we are not obliged to make them. There is no right to a total or partial refund regarding any of the activities missed due to the client's failure to appear at the established place and time.

Circumstances Subject to Cancellation and Non-Refunds

Due to financial and logistical commitments with third parties, The Fab Tour reserves the right to cancel your reservation under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to deliver the requested documentation within the indicated deadlines.

  • Failure make the payments according to the agreed terms.

  • Failure to carry the necessary documentation at the time of travel.

  • Failure to appear at the place, date and time informed at the time of travel.

  • Failure to appear at the place, date and time informed for any activity throughout the trip.

In any of these cases, no refund will be made for amounts already paid. This includes partial or total payments.

Disclaimer of Liability

The Fab Tour will not be liable for any inconvenience, loss or additional expense caused by the cancellation of the trip due to failure to comply with these deadlines and/or responsibilities of the client.

Acceptance of Terms

By contracting our services, you accept this cancellation policy and understand that any failure related to the delivery of documentation, payments or travel requirements will result in the total loss of the amount paid, with no possibility of refund.
